Hello friends and family! Once again I have let time pass me by without updating our blog! I think that might give you an idea of how busy things have been lately! The last time I updated you on things, we had just had our Christmas Shower. It was so much fun! Of course when I got home from the shower that afternoon and had everything packed up, Mack had to take every bit of it out to look at!!! What can I say, Mack and I LOVE Christmas!!!! We can't wait to use everything we got to get our house ready for next Christmas! Well let me catch you up on things that are happening with us right now.
Christmas 2012
During Christmas break we spent time with both of our families. We got to visit my grandparents in Sylacauga and Birmingham and see all my aunts, uncles, and cousins on Christmas Eve. That night we did Christmas with my parents. Christmas Day we went to the lake and got to spend Christmas with Mack's Nana, aunts, uncles, and cousins. The next day we did Christmas with Mack's parents, brothers, sister-in-laws, niece, and nephews. We really enjoyed our break with our families. But the most important thing is we got to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!!!! Here are some pictures from Christmas. We really didn't take any at the Ingrams and the funny thing is we have two photographers in the family!!! Ha-Ha

New Year's Eve
New Year's Eve we got to go to our friends Zac and Mallory Gray's house for a fun New Year's Eve get together. We had several friends and their children there all hanging out. I have to say, we had one impressive firework show thanks to Zac Gray, Justin Alverson, and Justin Edge. We had a great time!!!! :)

Happy New Year
As soon as Christmas break was over, it was time to get back in the swing of things! School started back on January 2nd and we hit the ground running on Second Semester. Three other teachers and myself are in the process of planning prom with our Junior Class Officers. Our theme for this year is "A Night In Paris". We think it is going to be great!!! The kids are already working so hard. Trying to stay on top of things with the four classes I teach. I have a great group of kids this year so it makes it so much easier. It has been a great second semester so far. The month of January is probably the busiest time of the year for college football coaches and support staff. Every weekend there will be an official visit taken by a prospective student athlete and it takes a lot of time and effort to prepare for these weekends. Luckily for Mack he got great training from being a Tiger Host at Auburn. Most people that have not been around recruiting do not realize what it takes to plan out a weekend like that and would probably be very overwhelmed. I just have to take a minute to brag on Mack a little bit. There are so many great things that you can say about Mack. He loves the Lord with all his heart, he is kind, caring, loving, respectful, and a hard worker. No matter how much time he has to put into something, he is going to make sure it is exactly right and he will have a smile on his face while he is doing it. He never once complains about ANYTHING!!!! He is a hard worker PERIOD and UAB is very blessed to have someone like him on staff. He got through Official Visits and now he has some time off. I'm enjoying Mack having time off!!!!
Wedding Planning
God's Answered Prayer
I have to take this moment and tell you of something wonderful that has happened to our good friends Brad and Hayley Powell. The road to having a baby has been a hard one for them, but you will never meet two people who were more positive and most of all reliant on the Lord than these two. They have had a lot of disappointments, but they have never once let that get in the way of wanting to be parents one day. They decided to go to the doctors and try once again to have a baby. They knew if it didn't happen this time, it just was not in God's plan and they were completely fine with that. With lots of prayer and procedures, they are now expecting their first child. To hear Hayley say the words "I'm pregnant" just brought so much happiness to me and the first thing I wanted to do is thank our Lord for his answered prayers. No one can tell me that prayer doesn't' work, because Brad and Hayley are a prime example of prayers answered!!! They are expecting this bundle of joy August 4th if not sooner! Please continue for a healthy pregnancy!! Can't wait for their new addition to be here. I have given Hayley strict instructions not to over do it at our wedding because she needs plenty of rest with this little one on it's way!!! :)
