Our Christmas Shower

We had our first wedding shower this past Sunday, Dec 9th. It was a Christmas Shower. It was so much fun! We got lots of great Christmas decorations. I cannot wait to use all of it next Christmas. This shower was just perfect for us, because Christmas is our favorite holiday!

Our Goodies!!!

My Minnie Mouse Ornament (Me-Mouse)

This is an ornament that my Papa gave me the day of my Christmas Shower. When I was around two years old, I went with Maw Maw and Papa to K-Mart. Papa took me over to the toy section and I spotted one of my favorite Disney characters, Minnie Mouse. Once I spotted it, I started screaming at the top of my lungs Me-Mouse, Me-Mouse, Me-Mouse. Needless to say, everyone in the store was staring at me so Papa took me out of the toy section pretty fast that day. I did not get a Me-Mouse that day, but 24 years later I finally got my Me-Mouse. This ornament will hold a special place in my heart!

Mack and I are getting ready for Christmas. He has a small break from work coming up so we are taking advantage of that and getting some Christmas shopping done. Be looking for new posts soon during the Christmas Break!!! :)

Let's Play "Catch Up"!!!!

Hello everyone! It has been a while since I have posted on here. It has been a crazy few weeks. A lot has happened so let me tell you all about it.

Daddy's 400th Auburn Game

Mack and I both grew up in families that bleed orange and blue. You get our families together and they can have some great Auburn Football conversations! Well my daddy has been following Auburn Football for his whole life, but started going to games when he was six years old. The Auburn vs. Georgia game was his 400th Auburn game. I have to say this was a pretty big accomplishment! Unfortunately the way Auburn's season was going this game would end up in another loss. But daddy continues to stay faithful to his team. It was a great spending the day with the family! Here are some pictures from the day!!! :)

Wedding Stuff

Mack and I have been busy trying to plan things for the wedding, getting our registry ready, and buying furniture. It has been a little overwhelming at times, but we have gotten a lot done. Now that football season is over with, Mack will be getting into the recruiting season, but he will have some days off during the holidays which will be great! Here are a few pictures from registering and some of the furniture we have purchased so far. :)

Thanksgiving 2012

It has been a great Thanksgiving Break. Mack and I spent Thursday at my Maw Maw and Papa's having Thanksgiving lunch with my family. It was great to spend time with my parents, sister, cousin Beth and her husband Tyler, and my grandparents. My Aunts, Uncles, and other cousins weren't able to make it, but we hope to all be together at Christmas. Maw Maw cooked a feast. I think there was enough food to feed at least 30 people. Thursday night we went to the Ingram's lake house to visit with Mack's parents, brothers, sister-in-laws, and his nephew Jones. Mack could only stay for a few hours, because he had to fly out to Orlando the next day for UAB's game. I went to Mack's family Thanksgiving on Friday at his Aunt Beth and Uncle Tom's house. It is always great to see his side of the family. We had a lot of fun. Saturday was a big day in college football. This is the day where most schools have their big rival game. Unfortunately both Auburn and UAB came up with a loss to end the season. Hey there is always next year!!!! :) Today, Mack and I met Momma, Daddy, and Andrea at Church of the Highlands. Highlands is having the "At The Movies" series. It is such an awesome series. It really opens your eyes. You are able to go to www.churchofthehighlands.com and watch previous series. Take some time and check it out. If you have a chance to visit Church of the Highlands definitely go, I promise you won't be disappointed. Find a campus near you. Service times are 8:00, 9:30, 11:30, & 6:00. You can also watch it online! Highlands.  Here are some pictures from Thanksgiving.

UAB Game with Friends

Mack has been working so hard at UAB. This has been a hard season, but the team continues to work hard and improves each game. I know it means a lot to Mack when he has his friends andfamily come to the game to support him and the Blazers. A few weeks ago, Mack's brother and nephew, my sister, our friends Derek, Koral, and Nash all came to the game. It was a lot of fun. :)

Rob & Wynter's Wedding 11/4/12

I have to say that this year has been one busy year for the Ingrams. All the Ingram boys decided to get engaged and get hitched! Yesterday we got to see Mack's brother Rob get married to his love, Wynter. It was a sweet ceremony with just the family. The wedding took place at Windwood Equestrian in Pelham, Alabama.  Mack's cousin Chip was the Officiant. Wynter's daughter Maddie Rose was the Maid of Honor while her son Brian Scott was her escort. Rob's son Jones served as the Ring Bearer. After the ceremony, we had a great family dinner in the beautiful stable with music playing in the background. It was so nice. Our meal was delicious and ended with our own individual wedding cakes. Before the happy couple left, Wynter "tossed" the bouquet and it just happened to land in my hands. Ha Ha. Needless to say, I am next to get married so I'm thinking June 22, 2013 would be a nice date. I think I will marry a good lookin fella by the name of Mack Ingram. :)  It was great sharing this special day with Rob and Wynter as they started their lives together. Congratulations to my future Brother and Sister in Law,  Rob and Wynter Ingram!!!!!

Jones told us he looked like a waiter so he is doing his waiter pose. haha

*Aggie Week 2012*

Each year during the last week of football season, we have our annually "Aggie Week" at AHS. There is a dress up day each day. On Friday the each class competes in the Aggie Week games. There are two teachers assigned to each class to help them get everyone set up for each game, my friend Jessica Stewart and I were in charge of the Juniors. This year the Juniors won. I am so proud to be a part of such a great school. All the students and faculty did a great job dressing up and showing their school spirit. I'm looking forward to next year's Aggie Week!!!!
